ProQuest Inks Exclusive Deal for Oxford Analytica Archive
Database will be distributed to K-12, academic and US military/government library markets

ANN ARBOR, Mich., November 24, 2003 - ProQuest Information and Learning announces a distribution agreement for Oxford Analytica's OxResearch database. The new contract with the UK-based international consulting firm gives ProQuest exclusive worldwide distribution rights for the K-12, academic and US military/government library markets. ProQuest Information and Learning, a unit of ProQuest Company, creates and publishes databases for libraries and educational institutions worldwide. OxResearch is an archival database of articles published in the Oxford Analytica Daily Brief series dating back to 1984, covering both world and regional economic and political developments of major significance and analyzing the impact of these developments on the political, business and operating environment. ProQuest will offer OxResearch as a stand-alone online subscription service in the ABI/INFORM® business database suite. "With over 40 governments, most major international institutions and over 200 of the world's most successful corporations as existing clients, our new agreement with ProQuest will extend our services to the academic and library sectors," said Graham Hutchings, editor of Oxford Analytica's Daily Brief.
